"All glory comes from daring to begin"

Apparently when one writes down his/her thoughts they are allowing themselves to be true to who they really are. I feel that if I were to document my journey I would be able to unveil my thoughts, feelings and frustrations more easily. I am here to make a difference, I am here to make a change, and most importantly I am here because this is where I want to be. That's right, I want to loose weight. Health, Happiness, Love, and energy is what I want to achieve.
In the past I have wanted it, now I need and want it. It is crucial for me to start this process. This is not a diet, it is a way of life.
There is a reason the word "DIE" can be found in the word "DIET"
The many faces of Lisa Today- "my mood"
Health, Life, Fun, Success, Love, Energy + Happiness
All of the above can be achieved with will power, exercise, healthy diet and family support.
Last week I started working out with a personal trainer at home. Shani came twice last week. The first time I almost passed out 3 times, it was really scary. I have never felt that weak before. It just proved to me how out of shape I really am. Today the nutritionist came- "Eran the Dietan"- ha! I think it's kinda funny that his name rhymes with his profession. He was very serious. Told me that it is not a diet for a certain amount of time, it is a way of life. He said that I need to change the way I think about diets- its for life not just for the next 3 months.

With many small stept eventually you will get to the destination. My destination, although right now it seems very far away, is real. I know that it exists. Eran said that I need to write down for three days all my calorie intakes- food, drink, snacks... EVERYTHING! Here it goes...! :)
