Today was my forst time going to the Psychologist. I think it was really good. She helped me get my mind straight regarding the relationship I have with my mother. Healthy it is not. It is somthing that needs to changed. It will take lots of time but I want to make it happen.
I want to loose weight for me and not for her. It is something that I constantly need to keep working at and reminding myself.

4. Yachad Job
What I ate today:
11:30 Banana
5:30 1 tomato, 1 spoon Labane, 2 lechem Kal Pieces
6:00 coffee
7:45 Little piece of white bread, salad (veggies: cucumber, tomato, onion, green onion, hard boiled egg, sprouts, mushrooms. Dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper). Salmon (olive oil, lemon, spices)
